LE to look into transferring the Strategy sheets on to an Excel spreadsheet to make it easier for us to update.

LJ to email West Wales Hospitality Panel and CXC the meeting for the 19th December.

STEERING GROUP – To send through any dates they cannot make for all meetings so LJ can amend.

LE to collect Testimonials from the Customer Service Initiative so they can be used in future marketing.

GD Confirmed the accounts for the Defined Purpose Fund.

LJ to investigate the Socrates project that Phil Drakeford has with CWW.

The West Wales Hospitality Forum was discussed the date needs to be amended to before the 1st of March but after 17th February. LJ

It was suggested it was time to hold it in Swansea and that we might consider doing something with the development of the new Welcome Host.

LJ and STEERING GROUP to consider what we could do with a Bursary for someone in the Sector.
