LJ to total the MFK on the Strategy Sheets for future steering group meetings.

GD discussed regional pre grading inspections and the possibility of Gallu and the TA’s delivering a potential pilot over the next 6 months with the aim of winning any future contracts with Visit Wales.

Tim Giles has been commissioned by the RTP to submit an outline paper to Chris Coleman regarding the potential Pilot.

GD produced accounts for the Gallu Defined Purpose Fund, these were approved by the steering group.

LJ to email Diana James a copy of the KPI’s

LJ to email GD and DJ student section idea.

LJ to chat with LVW regarding the student section.

CO suggested using student to keep the section up to date LJ to chat to Jennie Evans at Trinity regarding this.

It was agreed that £1K budget for the student section was a go, however DJ pointed out that LJ and LE should investigate the amount of time it would take for us to manage the section.

LE and LJ to revisit Customer Service Evaluation launch and ensure it does NOT FAIL.

LE to arrange a customer service steering group meeting after the pilots and feedback have been held to discuss workshops and also before either launch to ensure that speakers are briefed sufficiently.

LJ to arrange for the PR and Marketing regarding the successful achievement of Level 4 Framework in Advice Guidance.

EVALUATION OF WEST WALES HOSPITALITY FORUM

There was no feedback from the trade, and basically it was decided that if there was a way to improve it would be to arrange for a microphone for those speakers who spoke quietly and maybe look at better parking opportunities in the future.
