SWWTP to add any relevant events to the Gallu and TA Calendar.

 

Make all course costs non refundable and payment in full upon booking.  Course costs are 50% more for non members than TA member.  LE and LJ

 

Team Building – not appropriate for Gallu and CTA to team build on their own however it is OK for us to have an event with all TA after TSS meeting and then going out to dinner.  LJ

 

GD reported that the funding for next year has been reduced however they will sustain if not increase both Gallu and TA budgets for the forthcoming financial year. RTP with maintain the Gallu 100k budget.  There will be greater emphasis on collaborative working between all TA’s and Gallu.

 

Gallu evaluation and strategic planning meeting – GD states the region needs to move up a gear with its approach and efficiency of delivery and he is planning a meeting with Gallu and the TA’s to talk about collaborative working.  After this meeting Gallu should hold its strategic planning meeting at the end of April 09. LJ

 

GD and LJ to use People Development not training when doing the advert, and that there might be financial help available.  GD to put an advert together for publishing.

 

LE and LJ to bring the mystery shopper into the discussion/agenda with the Strategic planning.

 

Pembs Haven Priority sector funding maybe an opportunity for the changing the perception of the industry and for now we should just park the influencers events and focus on SMART objectives in the short time until we have more funds or more people to operate it.

 

Should GD and LJ need support when meeting with Eddie McCann CO will assist us with it.

 

LJ to talk to CWW re masterclass in Pembs and work with them on a consultative basis.  CO will intervene and engage with employers on our behalf should we need too.

 

LJ to email GD response to Board enquiries re the KPI’s.
