LJ to put SWWTP IIP on hold.

DJ to get back to the steering group re someone who might be appropriate from DCELLS to join the West Wales Hospitality Panel.

CO suggested that any awareness raising with PT be done after the new chief exec has started. LE to inform LJ when they are in post.

LJ to inform the steering group when the website is finished and then promote the new features and look of the website in the TA Newsletters and at the Forum.

CO requested that the touring surgeries be evaluated with the TA at the end of this year to identify their use and viability. LJ

CO recommended that if there is insufficient take up of the Mystery Shopper by December we need to re look at the marketing of the initiative. LE

Visit Wales Quality Inspectors and HRD Advisers need to be approached and updated with all that Gallu can do if this can be done quickly at a national level to update with Medrwn and CRT great otherwise Gallu to move ahead and update them regionally. DJ and LJ

LJ to liaise with Medrwn and CRT to compile a joint presentation for VW QA teams and HRD advisers.

LJ should suggest to CO that he might mention the Gallu initiatives at the start of the forum. LJ will write a short brief if the event goes ahead.

LJ and GD to make an appointment to meet with Pam Sutton.

LE CPD – LE to check content of the MA against her 1st degree to ensure there will be more learning. LE also to investigate if there is a more inclusive/generic course that may teach her more. LE to establish what type of person has historically gone on the course. It was agreed in principal that the steering group would support LE subject to satisfactory answers of the above questions. Normal terms and conditions will apply GD will write a letter to LE outlining these.

LJ to email the WWHP with the new date for the December meeting.
