LJ to change matters arising to action points.

LJ to chase Del at CWW again re Socrates project.

LJ to have a chat with Coleg Sir Gar re influencers events in Carms re student involvement.

LE to chase Claire Carew re customer service in Golf Clubs – try and get Ashburnham to write a testimonial re their experience.

LE to change shaded colour of Excel spreadsheet from grey to a pale colour for ease of reading. All Strategy inputs need to have a date on them in the future.

LE to amend the workshop and trade day figures on the KPI’s and resend to steering group.

LJ to look into Bursaries and email GD with ideas. Potential to look at the Ian Bell bursary and possibly combine funds for marketing purposes. This bursary can be marketing through the TA’s and Gallu. LJ to work on 5K per annum for 3 years.

STEERING GROUP – not to print off strategy sheets in the future just to read them before the meeting and bring any questions they have to the meeting.

LJ and LE to see if there is a way to quantify the differences in course take up year on year pre and post ESF funding. ID trends and possible reasons for these.

GD has advance 25K to TTFW for the start of the next financial year. RTP is committing 100K to Gallu for 08/09.
