LJ to email GD and DJ the password and instructions for the web calendar.

 

LE to speak to Anna in Pembs tourism and ask here to share the process for amending and deleting things of the web calendar.

 

LJ to contact the business advisers re working in partnership.

 

LJ to check the working on the website for the Mystery Customer it should customer and not shopper.

 

LJ to chase Louise Emanuel re the student blog.

 

LJ to email details of the Interreg and Leonardo bid that Trinity is doing to steering group.

 

LE to speak to Lee Elwell re after the Croeso workshops about adding a slide or a short presentation about the Mystery Customer.

 

LJ to speak to GD regarding a training push press release about training in difficult times.

 

LE and LJ to produce a broadsheet which is simple and covers the region.  Stating Date, workshop, Venue, Price and contact details.

 

LJ to be mindful of college commitment with the new development agreement.  May be able to influence them to run the influencers event.

GD proposed that Gallu focus on what we need to do and not think of funding for the time being.

 

DJ to email LJ comments on the DMO response and LJ to forward to CO.

 

GD to speak to Huw Parsons to see if we can use Parc Y Scarlets for the West Wales Hospitality Forum.

 

LJ to take North Wales speakers of the agenda for WW Hospitality Forum.

 

LJ to invite Claire/Andrew to the forum to talk about the new food initiative launch and possibly hold a series of food talks in the weeks after.

 

LJ to put a reminder on the email when she sends out the Exec agenda to look at the website stats.

 

LJ and LE to ask Uni to invoice RTP for entire course as soon as possible.
