LJ to download the end of project report onto lap top and consider and collect the information to be inputted.

 

LJ to discuss with MM and KC the job role and how it might be shared between the two concentrating on each individuals strengths.  Ie. Day in the Life of,  RnR etc.

 

LJ to work with LA to create some PR around the business tourism workshops.

 

LJ to put figures for course costs into a chart ona  word document.

 

In readiness for Gallu 2 LJ to investigate the costs involved with using a txt messaging service for marketing purposes.

 

LJ to email dates to DJ and arrange for DJ to observe one of the train the trainer workshops. 

 

LJ to explore the idea of an in house trainer club.

 

Gallu Team – to draw up a list of those partners in the industry who have assisted us with training in the past i.e. Visit Wales etc. is there potential that we could make more of these in the future.

 

LE to organise another Customer Care Steering Group to establish what is happening with the Mystery Shopper.

 

LJ to discuss with EBP whether they would be able to contribute toward the costs of the Influencing the parents event at Oakwood Park.

 

LJ to compile a few paragraphs to outline the JC Plus initiative.

 

Gallu Team to review administration procedures to eliminate errors and find a way forward until the end of March.

 

LJ the next West Wales Hospitality Panel meeting in December is to also to be a Christmas lunch (hosted by the RTP) LJ to investigate venues where we can have a meeting and lunch.

The next West Wales Hospitality Forum needs to be planned and organised suggested location is central to M4, Crosshands.

The content of the Forum should be draft before the panel meeting in December for approval, topics for consideration are:

 

Final Project Evaluation (Summary)

Screening of the DVD

Feedback on how we are taking forward the action from the last Forum Reports of the pilots with JC Plus, Influencing the parents, A day in the life of etc.
