Regarding investigating Bursary LJ stated that she had not looked into this since the last meeting. It was suggested she contact Jennie Evans at Trinity, Andrew Campbell at Swansea Metropolitan University and either Eleri, Phil or Claire at UWIC as well as some of the FE’s to get their take on the idea. New KPI’s to be formulised by the next Exec meeting for approval. Gallu Team

Gallu Team to consider ways of working SMART with TA’s and their Board of Directors.

LJ to investigate take up of short sharp courses with Swan Coll by the Tourism Sector and work with FE commercial departments to influence their choice in workshops.

LJ to organise a strategic planning meeting to look at the next 12 months. Meeting to start at 10am and finish with lunch. (Also to serve as a thank you for the work partners have helped Gallu team achieve over the last 12 months).

Suggested attendees are: Gallu Team, George Reid, Gary Davies, Diana James, Chris Osborne, Nia Hale, Cathy Lewis, Gwawr Price (medrwn), Alice (SE Coordinator), Rachel Hicks.

LJ to ask Lucy Von Weber if she would be available to facilitate the meeting/session.

LJ to investigate a PO Box address for Gallu mail, due to frequent change in office location. Go ahead given to alter business card to show mobile number, logo and email addresses only on the front and website addresses as previous on the back. LJ

LJ to draft a letter on behalf of CO to CTA expressing concern over credibility of moving to LA offices and no longer being based in ‘an area known for tourism business’.
