LJ to look at end of project evaluation, an evaluation will have to be done for WEFO and the Steering Group.  Some of the evaluations that will have already been done, i.e. TTFW/SWWTP,  could be incorporated.

 

LJ and DJ to speak on Friday to discuss Maternity Leave.

 

LJ to speak to PD and RP re Careers Wales West and A day in life of Launch on Springboard National Buddy Day.

 

LJ is to put a disclaimer on the training provider application form

 

‘Gallu and Carmarthenshire Tourist Association reserve the right to select the most appropriate training provider for courses’

 

LJ can move forward with plans with BTM and must provide regular updates to steering group.

 

CO suggested approached LA with the idea of providing the person and not the business with the kitemark – look at it along the same lines as the licensee application procedure that the LA have in place for premises serving alcohol.

 

LJ to total the number of people who responded to the Course Costs Question and work out the full average cost for comparison.

 

LJ to hold fire on Paypal - this may be a more up to date and different Gallu system if and when we get Gallu mark 2.

 

LJ to email feedback from West Wales Hospitality Forum to all steering group members.

 

LJ to put the feedback on the Agenda for the next West Wales Hospitality Operational Panel meeting in December.

 

LJ to write up a brief report of the West Wales Hospitality Forum Meeting as Feedback for AMs and Tradetalk.  Deadline 13 October.

 

LJ to email group diary dates until the end of the project.
