LJ advised that rest of the Steering Group that George Reed had been nominated/volunteered to represent the Regional Tourism Partnership Board on the Gallu Steering Group.

 

CO offered use of the Fourcroft Hotel meeting room for future workshops at a reduced cost.

 

LJ to total Match Funding In Kind on the Strategy reporting sheets to present at future steering group meetings and to total the workshops/trade days separately.

 

LJ and LE to formulate guidelines to be the basis of a policy when it comes to costing workshops and cancellation policy if there are insufficient attendees.

 

LJ to seek clarification from Gary Davies and George Reed of the exact requirements that Board requested in the recently attend RTP Board Meeting.

 

LE to email Kathryn Richards with details of the Team Building exercise being held with Gallu and the TA’s for the TTFW IIP review.

 

DJ suggested LJ contact Arwyn Watkins of Cambrian Training to see if he would be prepared to come and talk at the next West Wales Hospitality Forum regarding the difficulty that the trade face when finding a good chef and how the AAA award hopes to help break some of those barriers.

 

LJ to confirm with the steering Group how much money has been sent from the TA’s to the RTP as a result of the administration fees collected over the last 3 years.

 

LJ to resend the password for the website statistics to all steering Group members
