LJ to ensure Calender for use by TA's and Gallu is put on the Gallu website by the New Year and it's success is to be evaluated in March.

LJ to contact HRD advisors who work in SW Wales to invite to a meeting/presentation about Gallu and how we could work together.

LJ to put the testimonial from CCC on the Gofal site by the New Year.

LJ to think of using St Brides in future Careers RnR events.

LJ to email the steering Group for comments about the DMO consultation and draft a response by the next Steering Group meeting.

LJ to put evaluation of Mystery Shopper of the next Exec agenda. LE to create a plan and speak to Lee Elwell re how we can integrate the initiative with the new Croeso programme.

LJ to chase Jenny Evans re RnR Steering Group meeting in the New Year and the blog for the website.

CO to speak to Phillip Evans re possibility of using Stadium Y Scarlets for the influencers event in Carms.

LJ to speak to Cledwyn at Coleg Sir Gar re their room usage at the Scarlets and see if that is another way in.

LJ to remember Charles Matheson as a potential contact for the National Parks when it comes to approaching them about future RnR activities.

LJ to check that Phillip Drakeford is aware of her long term strategy of influence for people who attend school, FE and HE.

LJ to look at Matrix Stats prior to the next steering group meeting and see how activity on website has changed/altered over the last 12 months.

LJ to investigate the Tourism Swansea Bay Trade Day to Winter Wonderland and why we didn't know anything about it.CO wants to know why TSB takes bookings on behalf of Gallu for Swansea Bay events when they should be referred to the website. LJ

LJ to meet with Trinity College re their Interreg Bid and establish exactly what they want but to be mindful of Time commitments with Transnational projects.

LE can now take the TNA's off the KPI's as these have been completed.
