Action point from last meeting carried over is to develop the train the trainer workshop into some sort of club/initiative. LJ

 

Point to note re Customer Care initiative;  Visit Wales are committed to redeveloping Welcome Host it will continue to run in its current format until July 2007, the redevelopment will be from August until December with a potential re-launch in January 2008 – money pending.  GALLU TEAM

 

LJ to email steering group and RnR Group and Bernie George with analysis of Influence the Parents Event at Oakwood Park after Thursday 1/2/07.

 

LJ to draft a letter for the DVD – Letter need to be carefully worded so that it is no longer than 3 paragraphs gives a brief history what is proposed for the future and includes an invite to the WWHF.

 

GD to scrutinise the above mentioned letter to ensure it hits the mark.

 

LJ to ensure WWHF invite is bilingual and that the RSVP is worded to say;Do you have any additional requirements such as: diet, translation etc.

 

LJ to Email main poster to DJ/CO/GD for perusal and suggestions

 

LJ to compile agenda for WWHP to include:-

 

• Gallu Update (Project statistics and initiatives)
• Details regarding the Forum
• What the Gallu 15 minute presentation should consist of and who should deliver it.
• GD/CO and TG to help script the presentation
• Panel Group to be requested to invite their local AM etc.
• SMS messages

 

LJ to email website critique to steering group for approval prior to action.

 

LJ to trial the SMS service on the WWH Panel prior to their next meeting.

 

All invoices for the project need to be dated before 31/3/07 GALLU TEAM

 

GD to write to TA regarding the HRD Accounts and advise them what they should now do with the monies in them.

 

CO asked LJ to review the newsletter section of the website, as we have now stopped producing newsletters something needs to be done to this section.
