2. Welcome to HRD Team – Presentation by Lisa Johnston – People Development Plan

3. Project Title – The name ‘Gallu’ was decided, meaning Can, Can do. The strap line for the project is ‘developing people in tourism’.

Decided no logo was needed, just project name, use Objective One, TTFW and SWWTP logo.

One letterhead for all areas, all to print own address.

4. Future of Forum – Forum to consist of 1 large SME, 1 small SME, training provider, CCet, Careers Wales, Job Centre plus and an attraction provider. To meet 1 month after the panel

Panel to consist of TA’s Chairman, Training providers, etc. To meet next in October and then approx twice per year.

5. Steering Group – Need to keep small, can be flexible in the future. Group to consist of: - Chris Osbourne, Gary Davies, Diana James and Lisa Johnston. Steering Group to meet every 6-8 weeks.

6. Future Meetings – See above dates

Launch date – Wednesday 29th September at Botanic Gardens

1. Email addresses – agreed to be gallu@tourlink, gallu@pembrokeshiretourism, etc

2. Website – Need to have a booking tool to gather information, linked to TA’s websites. Need to have a regional presence as well as individual regions. Need to go out to tender for website
