Booking & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE REMEMBER – How frustrating it is to have your workshop cancelled. If you do not book and secure your place on the workshop a week in advance, and there are insufficient people booked onto the workshop it may be cancelled. Feedback from tourism businesses is that this can be inconvenient for those who have booked in advance. (E.G. Some may still have to pay the staff they have arranged to cover the person who is attending the workshop and in most cases have spent a lot of time reorganising the staff rota to try and gain the skills they need).

We understand it is difficult to confirm too far in advance when running a small business, we would however, be grateful, where possible for you to do this. So please book as soon as possible so that the workshop and skills you need does go ahead.

If the course is going ahead, bookings will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the workshop taking place.
Payment in full must be received from all participants prior to the workshop commencing.
Cheques are currently the only form of payment accepted.
Where bookings are made 48 hours in advance or sooner cheques must be sent to:

Gallu
South West Wales Tourism Partnership
The Coach House
Aberglasney
Llangathen
Carms
SA32 8QH

Please ensure that the name and date of the workshop you are attending is written on the back of the cheque.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the commencement of the workshop will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a refund on the proviso that no costs have been incurred by Gallu.

Where Gallu has to cancel a workshop due to insufficient bookings there will be a full refund to delegates or they may choose to hold it on account to be paid against future workshops.
