COMMUNICATION IN THE WORKPLACE




The aim of this one-day programme is to engage attendees in considering how effective they are at:


• Communicating with colleagues, particularly those for whom they have managerial responsibility.

• Communicating with customers.

• Communicating with partners and potential partners associated with the tourism sector.


The format of delivery will be a variety of short, sharp tutorials, light hearted exercises and discussion groups. No one session should last more than 30 minutes, although the tutor will use discretion should a particular topic area be seen to be capturing the imagination of the group with the possibility of positive, beneficial outcomes.
