The mCommunity project will provide small businesses with bespoke support to identify particular needs in personal and professional development.
These small businesses will receive support from the mTutor to help implement learning and development into their business through mobile technology.
The tutors will be responsible for developing, supporting and mentoring a learner through an Individual Learning Plan which is designed to achieve a set of personal goals particular to their needs.
